Due to the high volume of solicitations and the competitive landscape for identifying talent, we perform an annual assessment of our preferred vendor list.

The Assistant Project Manager supports the day-to-day project management operations on projects and provides support for the Project Manager, who is ultimately responsible for managing and coordinating all the necessary resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.   The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for reviewing and tracking contracts, pricing, purchase orders, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, insurance certificates and Requests for Information (RFI), all using Procore programs. In this new role, the Managing Director, Design will lead the strategic development and oversight of the Suffolk Design business vertical. The Managing Director is also responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of design-construction managers, and construction operations staff.
