Knowing this, we work with a group of preferred vendors that have been selected as a result of a screening and evaluation process by our Talent Acquisition Group. Due to the high volume of solicitations and the competitive landscape for identifying talent, we perform an annual assessment of our preferred vendor list.

We are looking for a candidate in the Boston area who wants to grow in a dynamic and innovative planning and scheduling department. This person will be planning and developing construction schedules with the field operations and preconstruction staff members. If you have a desire to advance your career and achieve a level of excellence in construction planning and scheduling while working with constant challenges, tight timeframes and impossible deadlines, then you are the preferred candidate.   Interested applicants will have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and the skills required to plan vertical construction projects using Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software. He/she will be willing to learn how to merge 3D BIM models with CPM schedules to create visual schedules, integrate lean (pull planning) methodologies with the CPM schedule, and apply innovative techniques for production management using linear schedules and takt time analytics to improve process flows. Participants join the program with a national cohort of peers and participate in three rotations to master the fundamentals of Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations.
