About the Role:
The Digital Product Manager – Construction Technology collaboratively leads the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of technology solutions that support Suffolk’s construction operations across key product families, including Project and Documentation Management, Pre-construction and Workforce Management, Safety and Site Management, Scheduling, and Design Management. This role operates within a modern product operating model, focusing on outcomes instead of outputs, continuous discovery, and empowered teams collaborating deeply across operational and functional groups.
As a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to business leaders, the Product Manager oversees the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept through continual discovery, design, delivery, configuration, adoption, and iteration—while focusing on measurable business impact and outcomes. This includes identifying user needs, shaping product visions, eliciting and influencing business objectives, and prioritizing technology investments that create tangible value.
In addition to strategic product leadership, the role includes responsibilities for technical product ownership, providing technical direction at the product ecosystem level, and driving the realization of business value from digital investments.
The Product Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders, IT colleagues, and external vendor partners to identify opportunities, articulate requirements, and deliver solutions that digitize and enhance business operations. They play a crucial role in transforming the traditional application support model into a product-centric approach, building capabilities that anticipate business needs, enable agility, and foster continuous improvement.
A strong foundation in change leadership is critical for this role, ensuring successful organizational transformation and adoption.
Education & Experience:
