The Innovation Analyst will be a critical part of Suffolk’s innovation mission. The Analyst is responsible for supporting and tracking innovation activity across the functional and operational segments of Suffolk. As part of the Innovation Team, this role will be focused on supporting five major activities: Supporting innovation lifecycle activities, solution research and assessment, existing pilot support, thought leadership, and prototype development.
Core responsibilities will include coordinating innovation activities across the business development lifecycle including research and analysis of inbound and in process data from Suffolk’s innovation lifecycle process, developing reporting for innovation council meetings, tracking business needs and the vendors who can meet them, helping coordinate and collect feedback from innovation pilots run by regional teams, and scoping/development of prototypes to test new ideas prior to broader pilot implementation.
