SUFFOLK POLICY FOR THIRD-PARTY RECRUITERS

Suffolk (“Suffolk Construction”) works with third party recruiting agencies. We sincerely believe our continued success relies on our ability to attract top talent. We also respect the time and energy it takes to source qualified and interested candidates. Knowing this, we work with a group of preferred vendors that have been selected as a result of a screening and evaluation process by our Talent Acquisition Group. Due to the high volume of solicitations and the competitive landscape for identifying talent, we perform an annual assessment of our preferred vendor list.

If you would like to be considered as a potential future preferred vendor, please contact us at recruiting@suffolk.com and include information about your firm as well as a primary point of contact. Please note that providing this information DOES NOT qualify you as a preferred vendor.

All vendors must have an executed Suffolk vendor agreement signed by the Vice President of Talent Acquisition in order to receive payment for a candidate placement. Any resume submitted to any employee without a Suffolk signed vendor agreement in place will be considered the property of Suffolk. Securing a signed preferred vendor agreement from the Vice President of Talent Acquisition is the only way you will be paid. Verbal commitments from any member of the Suffolk staff will not be considered binding. Additionally, Suffolk will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with a member of the Talent Acquisition Group. It is the responsibility of all third-party recruiting /staffing agencies to know and abide by this policy.

The Innovation Analyst will be a critical part of Suffolk’s innovation mission. The Analyst is responsible for supporting and tracking innovation activity across the functional and operational segments of Suffolk. As part of the Innovation Team, this role will be focused on supporting five major activities: Supporting innovation lifecycle activities, solution research and assessment, existing pilot support, thought leadership, and prototype development.   Core responsibilities will include coordinating innovation activities across the business development lifecycle including research and analysis of inbound and in process data from Suffolk’s innovation lifecycle process, developing reporting for innovation council meetings, tracking business needs and the vendors who can meet them, helping coordinate and collect feedback from innovation pilots run by regional teams, and scoping/development of prototypes to test new ideas prior to broader pilot implementation.
