This individual evaluates project performance, site conditions, safety and quality standards, compliance with scope, and effective management of trade partners. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that constructability reviews, logistics plans and baseline schedules achieve project turnover requirements.

The majority of time is spent providing excellent service to internal clients, working with end users and IT staff to troubleshoot problems related to the desktop-computing environment. The position requires excellent, communication, technical and interpersonal skills and the ability to provide superior support and service to a wide range of internal contacts.

This individual also manages general work performance and quality, and overall team progress against the project plan.
