Suffolk (“Suffolk Construction”) works with third party recruiting agencies. We sincerely believe our continued success relies on our ability to attract top talent. We also respect the time and energy it takes to source qualified and interested candidates. Knowing this, we work with a group of preferred vendors that have been selected as a result of a screening and evaluation process by our Talent Acquisition Group. Due to the high volume of solicitations and the competitive landscape for identifying talent, we perform an annual assessment of our preferred vendor list.

If you would like to be considered as a potential future preferred vendor, please contact us at talentacquisitionoperations@suffolk.com and include information about your firm as well as a primary point of contact. Please note that providing this information DOES NOT qualify you as a preferred vendor.

All vendors must have an executed Suffolk vendor agreement signed by the Vice President, Talent Strategy in order to receive payment for a candidate placement. Any resume submitted to any employee without a Suffolk signed vendor agreement in place will be considered the property of Suffolk. Securing a signed preferred vendor agreement from the Vice President, Talent Strategy is the only way you will be paid. Verbal commitments from any member of the Suffolk staff will not be considered binding. Additionally, Suffolk will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with a member of the Talent Acquisition Group. This role necessitates a dynamic blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution—a professional capable of delving into challenges while applying structured thinking to complex operational scenarios.   Operating in a highly cross-functional capacity, the Operations Strategy Manager will collaborate closely with business unit leaders to formulate solutions and engage with functional and operational heads to drive successful implementation.

They will steer the product innovation stage-gate process to transform innovative ideas and products into standard operating procedures. They will lead a team of regional associates to design and execute data driven pilots, and support teams with selecting and utilizing the best tech tools for their project. The Senior Director will stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in the construction technology landscape to proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new ideas into Suffolk's ecosystem.   This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner with operational and functional leaders to test and embed solutions. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and a deep understanding of how it can be leveraged to improve construction workflows and project outcomes.

The Claims Specialist will timely and accurately process all claims from filing to closure in accordance with Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. best practices and state regulations. The Claims Specialist will work closely with Suffolk’s carriers, brokers, operations team, and attorneys to achieve the best possible outcome for each claim. The Claims Specialist will assist in the implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures to eliminate, mitigate, and control the financial impacts of losses across several lines of business.
