The Logistics Manager will manage the production of logistics plans for work acquisition and preconstruction efforts across all regions. The role will be both technical and functional in nature.

This position works with the Saftey Manager to help administer, direct, and implement compliance with the Corporate Safety and Health policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of Company standard operating procedures and goals for Safety and Health Plan. This position is responsible for helping to oversee the overall safety procedures on a project specific level or as assigned to multiple project sites within a region or sector.

The Role
The Senior Superintendent provides overall direction on projects, and develops and maintains strong working relationships with the owners and architects throughout the project lifecycle. This individual evaluates project performance, site conditions, safety and quality standards, compliance with scope, and effective management of trade partners. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that constructability reviews, logistics plans and baseline schedules achieve project turnover requirements.
