The Sr. HRIS Engineer will focus on development, support and troubleshooting, system configuration, data integrity, testing system changes, writing, and developing reports, queries, analyzing data, and supporting enhancements, implementations, upgrades and patches. This role will be partner with senior leaders of P&C and serve as a liaison with various stakeholders to provide innovative and integrated human resource system solutions, operational support, and reporting capabilities. The Claims Specialist will timely and accurately process all claims from filing to closure in accordance with Suffolk Construction Company, Inc. best practices and state regulations. The Claims Specialist will work closely with Suffolk’s carriers, brokers, operations team, and attorneys to achieve the best possible outcome for each claim. The Claims Specialist will assist in the implementation and maintenance of processes and procedures to eliminate, mitigate, and control the financial impacts of losses across several lines of business.

This includes the maintenance of budget and schedule, and the management and administration of all contractual requirements, agreements with trade partners, purchase orders, meeting minutes and shop drawing logs. Suffolk is seeking a Senior Director of Construction Technology to equip teams with the best tech tools to solve their operational needs that will drive safety, efficiency, and quality.   The Senior Director of Construction Technology will define the menu of construction technology tools used across our jobsites and drive adoption of those tools. They will steer the product innovation stage-gate process to transform innovative ideas and products into standard operating procedures. They will lead a team of regional associates to design and execute data driven pilots, and support teams with selecting and utilizing the best tech tools for their project. The Senior Director will stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in the construction technology landscape to proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new ideas into Suffolk's ecosystem.   This is a highly cross-functional role that will partner with operational and functional leaders to test and embed solutions.
