The Role
Interested applicants will have a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and the skills required to plan vertical construction projects using Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software. They will be willing to learn how to merge 3D BIM models with CPM schedules to create visual schedules, integrate lean (pull planning) methodologies with the CPM schedule, and apply innovative techniques for production management using linear schedules and takt time analytics to improve process flows. At various stages of the project, this person will provide technical and analytical input to facilitate re-planning, and workflow sequencing to ensure projects finish within their prescribed timeframe.

The Pre-Construction Manager will coordinate heavily with Corporate and leadership and resources, as well as Trade Contractor Division Leaders (“TCDL’s”) to identify scopes of work that TCDL’s will estimate and schedule for the purpose of submitting a comprehensive proposals to assist TCDL’s during the project pursuit and pre-construction phases. The Senior Estimator is responsible for all aspects of estimating the most complex and large-scale jobs, including pre-construction, hard bids, negotiated bids, budgets, general conditions, systems studies and comparisons, value engineering, subcontractor relations and staying abreast of industry developments applicable to estimating.
The Service Technician is responsible for the repairing and refurbishment of all electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems pertaining to multiple manufacturers' makes of traditional horizontal boom and luffing boom tower cranes. Qualifying candidates will be required to pass both a schematic 'logic' reading demonstration and a practical repair skills examination. This candidate will possess outstanding troubleshooting skills with a proven track record. The successful candidate will also be able to “learn” new methods, new techniques, and other skill sets previously unknown to them to improve their knowledge base – to grow with our company!

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.
