The Sr. HRIS Engineer will focus on development, support and troubleshooting, system configuration, data integrity, testing system changes, writing, and developing reports, queries, analyzing data, and supporting enhancements, implementations, upgrades and patches. This role will be partner with senior leaders of P&C and serve as a liaison with various stakeholders to provide innovative and integrated human resource system solutions, operational support, and reporting capabilities. This individual evaluates project performance, site conditions, safety and quality standards, compliance with scope, and effective management of trade partners. This individual is also responsible for ensuring that constructability reviews, logistics plans and baseline schedules achieve project turnover requirements.
