The Logistics Manager will manage the production of logistics plans for work acquisition and preconstruction efforts across all regions. The role will be both technical and functional in nature.

• Manage the production of logistical drawings
• Planning and sequencing of construction operations according to project schedule.
• Work closely in collaboration with business development, work acquisition, and operations to cater assets to specific areas of value
• Continual improvement of asset creation and presentation techniques.

• Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods
• Expert with AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Working knowledge of Sketch Up
• Strong graphic and formatting skills
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents including but not limited to drawings, specifications, RFP’s and RFQ’s.
• Minimum of two years AEC experience
• College degree strongly preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
