    Provides executive-level client services support as part of the Business Development Team.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain working relationships with Business Development Team, Department Heads and Project Management groups as well as external partners
    • Assist in the coordination, supervision and completion of special projects and client events
    • Assistance with BD event management including coordination of activities; attendance at BD events as needed
    • BD meeting management support including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and managing information related to pending opportunities
    • Assist with BD pipeline management including maintaining records and setting up complex spreadsheets.
    • Support business development research tasks using common search tools
    • Managing programs and projects to ensure progress and achievement of milestones and goals
    • Other tasks as assigned by the Business Development Director

    Working Conditions

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
