The HR Generalist serves as the strategic HR business partner to the Dallas office. This role provides direction in HR planning and operations, providing a broad range of HR consultation, advice, solutions and services. Additionally, the HR role ensures an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that embodies Suffolk’s core values.
Additionally, this role would also support recruitment for both operational and non-operational positions across multiple business lines in Dallas. The role involves, but is not limited to, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies for current and future roles, screening, interviewing and recommending candidates for hire, influencing, motivating and maintaining the interest of strong candidates, managing “Best in Class” candidate experiences throughout the interview process, and simultaneously maintaining strong relationships with internal hiring managers.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing.
