The People & Culture Operations Director oversees the day-to- day activities of and contributes to the long-term planning on various HR programs and services. This role is accountable for monitoring services level agreement, increasing quality standards and customer satisfaction in addition to developing strategies to enhance our service delivery model.
This position collaborates with Finance, People & Culture Centers of expertise, HRIS and the VP, People & Culture Shared Services to ensure that Suffolk provides high quality, cost effective total rewards program.
