Suffolk’s internship program focuses on bringing in the best and brightest top talent from universities across the country who can "think outside the box" and thrive on finding ways to address business challenges. Our Summer Internship program runs for 10-12 weeks and participants will have the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s success. Though interns work within specific departments, they are able to explore all aspects of the construction management business through challenging project assignments, presentations, mentoring relationships, and networking opportunities. People & Culture (P&C) interns will be passionate about driving dynamic, effective human resources and people solutions that support the company’s growth.
