Overview

This role will coordinate Boston BD activity, input into CRM, produce relevant BD reports tracking activity, account plans, project status, providing admin support to the Boston team for all BD related activities, ensuring all relevant plans contain the suitable quality of insight and follow up, and will be responsible for tracking and follow up on planned activity, ensuring all BD commitments are completed thoroughly and timeously.

Responsibilities

  • Edit User and Customer Accounts
  • Activate and De-activate Users and Customer Accounts
  • Approve new Users and Customer Accounts 
  • Manage and Edit Customer Accounts 
  • Implement best practices for maintenance, configuration, testing, data integrity, backups, and other CRM system related functions
  • Serve as an interface between business users and IT for troubleshooting, potential system enhancements, etc.
  • Verify and Reconcile Data 
  • Data Import and Export 
  • Develop, maintain and enhance reporting and dashboards 
  • New and ongoing education for CRM users on how to enter information correctly 
  • Mobile Application Setup and Support 
  • User training and support
  • Ad hoc trouble shooting and support
  • Coordinate Boston BD activity input into CRM
  • Produce relevant BD reports tracking activity, account plans, project status
  • Providing admin support to the Boston team for all BD related activities
  • Ensuring all relevant plans contain the suitable quality of insight and follow up
  • Tracking and follow up on planned activity, ensuring all BD commitments are completed thoroughly 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of prior CRM admin or strong CRM user experience plus: 
  • Good communication and training skills
  • Self-motivated and independent 
  • Positive attitude and customer service oriented
  • Enjoys data entry and research 
  • Strong computer skills and database logic 
  • The administrator must have an in-depth understanding not only of the CRM software, but also of sales, marketing, business processes, and how they relate to the CRM software. Many  departments will have some interaction with the software—requiring the administrator to have some interaction with all of those departments

 

 

 

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
