The People & Culture (P&C) Operations group is the center of excellence responsible for the overall employee experience as relates to Human Resources, Community & Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling interviews and generating offer letters
  • Coordinating logistics for various meetings and events
  • Managing schedules, travel and expenses for the P&C leadership team
  • Supporting logistics and additional tasks related to new hire orientation
  • Coordinating logistics for recognition events and service awards
  • Responding to Tier 1 employee inquiries as a part of the shared services model
  • Scanning and maintaining documents for employee files as well as day-to-day data entry
  • Processing invoices for P&C expenses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of direct human resources experience (shared services center or other call center/customer service experience a plus)
  • Comfort level with HRIS systems
  • Collaborative, service-oriented and results-driven. Highly organized; able to prioritize and multi-task
  • Willingness to provide best in class customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful with strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Sound business judgement.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
