The Regional Program Manager will oversee all corporate citizenship and employee engagement efforts in our Southeast Region, specifically managing our regional philanthropy focus, volunteer initiatives, internal engagement programs, and teambuilding events. We are looking for an individual who will drive programming to ensure that all regional offices and jobsites have regular, meaningful opportunities to engage in the community and feel a part of the Suffolk team. The Regional Program Manager should embody Suffolk’s core values of passion, integrity, hard work, and professionalism while embracing an innovative and roll-up-your-sleeves mentality. Expectation of regular travel to other offices within the region, with daily interaction and collaboration with Suffolk’s corporate office.

  • Manage programming related to internal engagement efforts including, but not limited to Suffolk Cares, Team Suffolk, Giving Circle, Women’s Network, Recognition programming with a specific focus on Suffolk’s Southeast Region.
  • Work with Community & Employee Engagement team to assess opportunities to expand and/or individualize programming for the Southeast Region
  • Regularly evaluate all internal engagement programs to ensure we are delivering highest quality, effective programs
  • Work with C&EE team to organize regular volunteer and team building events in offices and on jobsites in the Southeast Region
  • Serve as regional point for Suffolk Cares Foundation and Giving Circle requests and donation processing
  • Solicit and disseminate communications
  • Manage regional content for Suffolk Cares
  • Execute regional communication strategy (Town Halls, Corporate Meeting, presentation review)
  • Work with regional leadership to draft and send scheduled communications
  • Assist with tailored engagement plans and support in the office and on jobsites
  • Work with each regional office to ensure consistency in program delivery
  • Assist with event coordination for C&EE programs
  • Demonstrate strong sense of customer service
  • Stay abreast of new and current engagement trends and programming


  • Ability to think creatively about ways to engage Suffolk employees and provide new opportunities for community involvement.
  • Desire to work in a creative department with room to grow.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once while keeping calm under tight deadlines.
  • Team oriented and able to work effectively in a matrix structure
  • Positive personality who works well with others and is comfortable with interacting with all Suffolk employees.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills with great attention to detail.
  • Design sense and creative ability.
  • Self-motivator.

  • Preference for position to be based in our Miami or Tampa offices, with expectation of regular travel to other offices throughout the region.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
