Overview

The Human Resources Analyst will be responsible for auditing, analyzing and reporting of HR data to include, but not limited to, HR demographic, Benefits enrollment, and vendor reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Auditing confidentiality and security governance.
  • Ensure accuracy of HRIS data as compared to benefit plan rules and regulations.
  • Collect and analyze data.
  • Reconcile Benefit plan vendors
  • Conduct studies, perform research, and prepare reports.
  • Manage special projects.
  • Track trends and developments in attrition and/other key HR metrics.
  • Provide consulting and data to HR Business Partners for workforce Analysis
  • Create and running ad-hoc reports
  • Develop system and process documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience as a business or systems analyst
  • Experience in a HR role preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, technology, or humanity field preferred
  • Experience with Oracle a plus
  • Strong combination of technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution agent with strong planning, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and individually
  • Results Driven

  • Sound business judgment
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and multi-task

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stands; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level. Job site walking.
