The Role:

This Marketing Coordinator will support the Northern California Pursuit Marketing team. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Operational, Business Development, and Marketing teams to develop qualifications packages, client materials, special projects, and high-quality RFX responses. This includes:
    • Creating and maintaining employee resumes, project profiles, case studies, expense matrices, etc..
    • Coordinating photography for employee headshots and project documentation
    • Assisting with pursuit questionnaires, pre-qualifications, forms, etc.
    • Proofread and edit documents for grammar, content accuracy, and clarity, ensuring a high-level of consistency and quality control with internal and client guidelines.
    • Assist with interdepartmental requests for standard proposal information.
    • Support with the printing and production of RFX books, packages, and interview materials.
  • Maintain organization in the marketing production area by managing inventory, stocking marketing collateral, organizing supplies, and coordinating the maintenance of printers and binding machines.
  • Support the Creative Project Manager in managing and delivering multiple communications campaigns and projects. This includes:
    • Develop project plans detailing deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies.
    • Assess team capacity for new requests, planning and scheduling marketing deliverables and entering jobs into project management tools.
    • Prioritize work for consultants, writers, editors, designers, and videographers, to ensure effective allocation of team resources.
    • Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, escalating concerns, and recommending solutions.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on creative projects and ensure all commitments are met by the team.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of related experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Beginner technical capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Design sense and creative ability
  • Positive attitude and ability to contribute to the team
  • Project management and scheduling
  • Relationship Management between internal team members and other departments

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position (Marketing Coordinator, Pursuit Marketing) in San Francisco, CA is between $32.2 per hour and $43.8 per hour.  This represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Suffolk’s total compensation package.  Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.  Suffolk offers a comprehensive benefits package as part of its overall compensation strategy.  Salary ranges may differ by geography and are reviewed regularly to reflect market trends.
